ROUNDING SINGLE DIGIT NUMBERS: 1. A digit less than 5 rounds down to zero. 2. A digit greater than (or) equal to 5 rounds up to ten. ROUNDING MULTI- DIGIT NUMBERS: Round 5,427 to the nearest ten. 1.
